yes it true but naruto just causes the fatal wound. It because Itachi forces Naruto to go to Five Tails. Sasuke does withness this by the way an dit the new volume of the Manga. I hope you guys check it out

Sounds amazing. Why would Naruto kill Itachi when it has been Sasuke's only life in goal to kill him? Since Naruto kills Itachi, maybe Sasuke becomes Hokage and Sanshouho becomes a real boy?

Naruto will kill the leader of the akatsuki. Sasuke kills Itachi .And NO Yondaime is not the leader of the Akatsuki ,that manga chapter was just fan-art!

Naruto doesn't kill Itachi. Masashi Kishomoto has only planned out and drawn 370 chapters, 350 or so that were released.

LOLOLOL Naruto doesnt get to kill Itachi, Sasuke is the one that does that infact, Naruto only gets to kill his father which just so happens to be the 4th AND YES THE 4TH IS STILL ALIVE ;)
