should you let your wife?? you married her that doesn't mean you bought her i'm sure she has a mind of her own, if she wants a tattoo then its her decision, obviously something you can discuss but at end of day its up to her.
and why in the gay/lesbian section you think its gonna turn her gay to get a tattoo
your wife sounds like a really lucky woman to have a bloke like you

my Husband had me tattooed last year and i love it!
i am terrified of needles but He took me and made sure i was ok
i have His initials tattooed on my hip now - it is His mark and i adore it - He plans to have me branded at some time in the future and that sort of scares me but i am looking forward to it as well

What happens to a tattoo after a year or two? It turns into a big bluish blob that folk look at and think ' 'hmm .. used to be a dolphin I think .. or a fairy .. or maybe a ships anchor'
Sure asshole - tell your wife to get a tattoo!

Tattoos are HOT. I have 8.
She should have tattoos if she wants them, but only if SHE wants them. She shouldn't get them for anybody else. And she shouldn't let anybody else tell her not to.

why not as long as she has thought about what she wants and it has meaning.
Does she know where she wants to put the tattoo?

If she wants them. It is HER choice, not your's. But, I do think that too many tattoos can look trashy.

If she really wants them and she is aware of the fact that it will always be in her skin, then yes.
