It was a sign that I'm spending too much of my free time in YA! I don't even see the stupid thing anymore, it's become part of the background.

Why would anyone want to be a "top contribuor?" It's not like we win anything when we get here and there's a lot of discrimination against "top contributors" and askers who absolutely will NOT award "best answer" to a "top contributor."
We do better in voting since the voters can't tell which answers come from "top contributors" and which do not!
It can be a good or bad thing but I wish I didn't have the ugly orange label because it just makes people hate me.

It's a sign that you answer a ton of questions. I had one for a while, then work got busy so they took it away because I didn't answer as many questions as I did when I had more time at work.

Could be good or bad depending in my opinion on the quality of answers you give not the quantity.

it either means you are too damn argumentative or have too damn much free time.. as for me.. I have too much free time... I get on here at work when I have all the rest of my stuff done and there is literally nothing left to do... ... ... ... as you can see I spend a lot of time bored lol

with very few exceptions..."top contributor" says what it says, they spend a lot of time here. as i said very few of them say much that is wise or insightful or original.
