Use Clean & Clear medicated for acne prone skin to wash your face, use the Biore strips on your nose, get oil blotting tissue paper to use when your nose gets shiny, use oil absorbing powder to dust your face. Wash your face as often as you can, and use only water based products. DO this before you try proactive, it is expensive, doesn't work for every bosy, and they suck you in to automatic shipments and automatic payments if you're not careful.

Honestly, Pro Activ is the best. I didn't have any acne through my teen years, but started getting it in my 20s. I tried EVERYTHING over the counter, antibiotics, creams and facials from my dermatologist. I was so skeptical about Pro Activ, but I tried it one year ago and have been using it ever since and my skin is clear. I noticed results in the first month, and even more so after 3 months. You have to stick with it. I really didn't think anything would ever work, but it did. I use it exactly as the instructions say.

I tried this a few weeks ago. I used baking soda+hydrogen peroxide and made it a paste. I applied it to the zits and after 3 days, it deflated and became red. I applied ice afterwards and now my face is all cleared up. Ty it. GOOD LUCK!
