Do this:

1. Right-click on the desktop and select Properties from the popup menu.
2. Select the Screen Saver tab.
3. Click the button labeled Power.
4. Select the Advanced tab from the Power Options Properties dialog box.
5. All the way down at the bottom you should see a list box "When I press the Power button on my computer" Select "Do Nothing." (You might want to consider "Ask me what to do" if you do want it to work sometimes.)
6. Do the same for the Sleep button. The Wakeup button shouldn't cause any problems.
7. Click OK.

Try Sharpkeys:

It allows you to remap your keyboard so that hitting power, wakeup or sleep buttons will result either in an innocuous character (like space) being typed or a specific action like "Enter" being sent to the computer, depending on how you remap the keyboard.

All the best.

That's a pretty wild design. But if your keyboard came with software that you installed to activate those features, you can use that software to turn it off.

There should be a little icon down in the systray that you can click on and change the settings.

EDIT
So you didn't find any software running on your PC that can set up the keyboard buttons?
