For those of you who don't know, she was busted previously for driving under the influence, and then she was busted again for driving while her license was revoked.

hell yea im glad shes going to jail
she thinks just because she has money she can do whatever she wants,
does not respect the law and she was drunk driving without a valid license. not that you should drunk drive with a valid license,
she should get locked up for at least a year im just sick of her throw away the garbage and keep the street clean for a while.

Actually, no, I don't think it's funny.
While I hope that she WILL serve time (unless her lawyer buys her way out), it is a shame that she has NO concept of responsibility.
As you rightly pointed out, she was busted.
She didn't even try to make the alcohol abuse school AND she was 18 minutes late for her court appearance.
She is as arrogant as she is stupid.
It is my wish that jail time will give her a much-needed wake-up call.

Yeah but she'll just make a new show out of it, that is if she actually goes -she's appealing the ruling. "Jail Life" with Paris and the LA County Mounties!

45 days in jail should give her time to dry out and think about her health and well-being. Then maybe she will get help.
It should be good for her.
I don't care about her as a celebrity, but she is a human being.

I am not glad when they put you in jail for a minor offense like driving with a suspended licence ( I had this happen to me and all I got was a fine ) They are taking this to a nother level cause of her stature (money)

money talks - I'm pretty sure poor lil rich girl Paris will be doing HER time in a minimum security "country club" style jail where all the well heeled white collar criminals go..
.. no county lock up for her.

Best thing for her,, heard her family were thinking of this cell design for their new hotels and she is trying it out.. wonder how much a night thats gonna cost
