Look how they repay us for the favor. "Six Islamic militants from Yugoslavia and the Middle East were arrested on charges of plotting to attack the Fort Dix Army post and "kill as many soldiers as possible," authorities said Tuesday." Remember that Kosovo is a break away province of the former Yugoslavia, they want to be independent because they are muslim Albanians. Should we have help the christian minority in that war? They were doing some bad things but it was in retribution for hundreds of years of tyranny at the hands of the muslims.

The Kosovo conflict was not about religion my ill-informed friend. Either you know this already or pretend not to know this so you can spread Serbia propaganda here. Catholics and Moslems fought side by side againts the Serbian criminal forces sent to terrorize the masses of Kosovo.

Those are a scurvy bunch of confused idiots. You have them in all nationalities. You got the Guatanomo Bay prison filled to the brim with British, and Aussie WASPs that are confused souls but do they represent the entire Brittish or Austrialian view on things? No they don't. I as an Albanian was ashamed to read of such an event and the US clearly understands that these are a bunch of idiots and this is an isolated case and not state sponsored terror like Serbia was doing in Bosnia and Kosovo. The Albanians love the USA unlike the fanatical evil forces in Serbia, Greece and Russia who are bent on destroying the fabric of all things American. Rest assured that these suspects will not have a good time here or in their native lands(seeing that they were illegals and will be deported once prison time is served) because this consitutes treason to the Albanian cause and treason is not taken likely among the Albanians. It would be a miracle if they survived 24 within arriving into Albanian lands. I honestly think that they will not even be allowed in Albanian lands and merit permanant banishment. I'm not a big fan of the death penalty but if these Albanians involved here were to get executed at Guatanomo Bay I would not feel nothing. They are trying to sabotage our quest at freeing Kosova and to us they are worst then Serbian paramilitaries. Plus they are giving propagandist like you a field day to attack Albanian intersts. For this the Albanian people cannot ever forgive or pardon this group. They are our sworn enemies.

The real supports of terrorism are the Serbs. Dancing jubilantly in the streets of Belgrade as American was mourning the victims of 9/11. Motorists were honking their horns and Serbian nationalistic folk music was blasting and so on.

Here is an Email a Kosovar refugee family sent to some American journalists that helped them in refugee camp in Macedonia . From a book called " One Boy From Kosovo" by Trish Marx.

We are happy for... the possibility to be in touch with. No phone lines are working, and we are being in touch with you via the E-mail of this kind friend of ours. The time we spent together with you two is unforgettable. We hope you get the opportunity to visit us one day, otherwise we are all doing just fime and we are working thanks to God and the Americans.

Do this sound like ungrateful people to you?

Depends how you define "wrong." There were political reasons why Americans helped Kosovo terrorists to obtain independence:

http://www.historyofmacedonia.org/AlbanianTerrorism/KLA.html

Plus, you would get around 300,000 more NATO soldiers after creating training camps in Kosovo, which you could use against Serbia, Russia or bust the guts out of some third world country civilians, and ease the tension with the Muslims in the Middle East and the failure in Bosnia... The CIA has brotherhood level relationships with Kosovo Albanians. Why spoil that now?

Serbs were doing bad things to Albanians prior to NATO bombing. Read here:

http://www.serbia-info.com/news/kosovo/terrorism/since1990.html

As mental exercise, what would you do if you had civilians, police and army someone is shooting at and killing in your own country?

What the Christian Serbs were doing in Kosovo has had nothing to do with some retribution for 500 of years being under the Ottomans. There are many minorities in Serbia and they all enjoy high freedom. It has had to do with Albanian long struggle to detach land from Serbia, like New Mexico would if the Mexican started breeding there, supported with drug money and terrorism. The escalation between the police and the terrorists in Kosovo was due to CIA involvement, and was used as pretext to bomb the country, create a human disaster and accuse the Serbs as was done throughout the Yugoslav Civil War.

The USA mechanism of "helping" functions through interest, and not moral issues, specially not religious ones. The Albanians have been investing their money into USA lobbies long ago, before the Serbs have started forming their interest group in USA. Thus, the long run politics have shifted against the Serbs on global level, which is unlikely to move direction. Right now, USA policy toward Serbia is economic warfare; infiltrating their capital as US Steel has done with Sartid, nongovernamental organizations, corruption and trick or treat deals on the political scene against those who would do anything but accept USA "help" and sign that damn piece of paper giving Albanians sovereign territory bargained by some pocket money and a promise for more sunshine in the future.

Oozz, your arguments are very stupid.

Get the facts right :

1st,
The only sources calling them Kosovars are Serb sources, for obvious reasons. All of the other sources indicate that they are from the FORMER Yugoslavia, which is a much wider demographic than Kosovo.

2nd,
Those "former Yugoslav" suspects were NOT BORN MUSLIM, but converted recently.
http://blog.nj.com/ledgerupdates/2007/05/schoolmate_alleged_radicals_we.html
The Jordanian suspect went to the same High School as the Duka brothers, who may have influenced the Dukas to join HIS cause.
http://www.theconservativevoice.com/article/24947.html
This is not the first time this happened in America (John Walker Lindt, Adam Gadahn).
It is a shame that people convert to kill, but it happens and people are confused as to why they do this.

3rd,
The Kosovar Albanians, regardless of religious orientation, are PRO-America.
Religion has no base for a reason to break away for Albanians, however, on the Serb side, it is used as an excuse to call Albanians terrorists.
As a matter of fact, Serbs have built up an Anti-American sentiment before the Kosovo war (since the Bosnian war).

Now to answer the questions:

"Was the US and Europe wrong to help muslims in Kosovo?"

- No,
They are loyal allies to the WEST.

"Should we have help the christian minority in that war? They were doing some bad things but it was in retribution for hundreds of years of tyranny at the hands of the muslims."

- No,
Albanians were under tyranny at the hands of the muslims (Ottomans) for hundreds of years, as well.
"Jihad AGAINST Albanians:"
http://www.historyofjihad.org/albania.html
This "retribution" was redirected at the Albanians for all the wrong reasons.
Also, by implying that "since the Serbs are Christians, they are natural allies to the WEST," you are making a grave mistake, my friend (see my statement marked 3rd).

Here is another case where we have proven, bayond a shadow of a doubt< that we haven't a clue what we are doing.
We helped the Bosnians stop those awful Serbs from taking Sarajevo. So who were these "Freedom Fighters" defending Sarajevo..........Hizb Allah

Yup we saved them from the awful Christians
When it was over they sent the surplus back to Lebonan

The Kosovar Albanians have a history too.. Siding with the Facist in World War II and being the biggest Dope Dealers in Europe.

The US and Europe were absolutely wrong and we will learn that the hard way. Shame on us for siding with terrorists. First there was that boy in SLC, now this........we were definitely helping the wrong side and I am embarrassed.

And even now we won't admit our mistake!!!!!

I have to tell you. If it were me who captured these guys, I wouldn't have a problem handcuffing them and leaving them to rot in a pig pen.

That said, when an act of genocide (such as Kosovo, or Sudan) is occurring, I think it is our duty to respond. THAT is what separates us, ultimately, from these pigs. That compassion, and that alone.

i doubt that the reason the united states ended up in kosovo was to "help muslims"...it was to take focus off clinton for getting lewinskyed in the oval office...but, it should be obvious by now to anyone paying attention that the last thing you want to do is help muslims with anything...as a good christian general once said, "kill them all, god knows his own"...

No. Just because the side that you helped in a past conflict becomes hostill to you later doesn't mean it was wrong to do the right thing by them then - just that it's wrong for them to turn on you now.
