That's a good deal!!! Just wait a couple of months...and u will wish u could purchase it at that price. The problem is that the people who have purchased homes are maxxed out, credit wise...the interest rates can't be raised without people walking from their homes...so inflation will continue to get worse and worse and the economy even though it looks good...we are actually walking on egg shells. Inflation can not be contolled anymore....USA is trillions of dollars in debt and adding 2 billion dollars a day to that figure and can no longer make the interest payments on that debt. The best u can do is give yourself over to the Lord and help him direct thru the mess, as it is getting messier and messier. He loves you, provides for u, and u can release all ur burdens over to him, and take the pressure of of yourself. We are seeing the firstfruits of what has been prophesized in the bible and we aint seen nothing yet. If ur a non-believer or unsure just say a simple prayer and ask God to reveal himself in a powerful way and he will. Then u can be sure he exists...and make an informed choice, and go from there. If u r a believer than you must stop letting other's pressure u into doing things, and seek the destiny and purpose God has for as our time is running out. All the work and things we do to keep busy are nothing and mean nothing and you can't take any of it with u when u die. Your biggest responsibility is to find out what God has purposed for you......and then move closer and towards that goal everyday of your life. Everyone has a different purpose.
God Bless U,
Daniel

$2.99 last night, here in Nebraska. I may dig great-grandpa's buggy out of the barn, get that ancient sway-backed retiree mare out of the pasture, and go thumb my nose at those gas station guys.
