The company stated "You don't pay unless your satisfied". I am far from satisfied but now the company is suing for their money! I've tried nearly everything I can think of...any suggestions?

It was for tax service, they messed up my taxes and are trying to charge me to file them twice because they messed up!

The companies pay big $$$ to help loosen the laws and they pay lawyers to help them lie and cheat the consumer. They can back it up in court and keep any regular person down.

Read the terms of the purchase! You probably had a certain number of days to file for a return of the purchase money. Also, you probably agreed to return the product as well. Read the terms of the agreement. You will probably lose this one.
