my computer was recently bought n internet was established. after a couple of months my computer has slowed down, i cant read any cd coz it says da administrator has blocked da drive but there is only one user n dats me! im da administrator!before i cud check my system properties like da ram n processor bt now i cant. pls pls pls help me!!!!

Sounds to me like you didn't take the time to put all your security in place BEFORE connecting to the Internet...man
You are Very, Very Infected with probably everything you can think of...(Trojans, Backdoor worms, Spyware, Malware, etc..)
Get the stuff you need to remove all the bad guys...

I really hates these 'wats' 'da' whatever, this is not a chatroom, if you need help, you are most likely going to get real answer from computer pros and technicians, and sadly they do not speak that language.
