It's WONDERFUL if you have a 'terrible itch' ... put it into some 'muslin' or other 'loosely woven fabric' and hang it right under the faucet so that the water can 'go through the oats' while the tub is filled. The water will look 'slightly milky' but when you get in and 'sit there' for half an hour, and 'drip dry' when you get out, you'll find that the 'itches' are gone ... and it also will help 'moisturize' your skin, because it 'holds the moisture in' rather than 'adds it from the outside' ...

Mix it with honey and raw egg and use for a facial mask. Smears heavily on your face let dry for 20 minutes and wash off. Put in in some face and body wash and use it to exfoliate your skin. Mix with water to make a thick paste ,smear evenly all over your face, let dry and you have a mummy mask for Halloween !!!!! *smile*

You can make a soothing paste from it to apply to dry itchy skin (used to relieve itching from chicken pox when I was a kid)
You can use it in a facial mask (usually combined with honey)
You can use it to gently exfoliate your skin by washing with it.
