I really enjoyed my visit to.... I had fun... it was an interesting experience.... I felt quite relaxed... or stressed, or happy,..or...
I enjoyed the meals we shared togethere and the walk in the garden was wonderful too....
My friend, I hereby invite you to come stay with me and enjoy the same hospitality I have found at your place....

You could do all three in your letter. You can start off by saying how you felt during the visit and then you can say what it was that you did to make you feel that way and tell how much you enjoyed the activity and final you can invite your friend to come visit with you.

How could we possibly write this "letter" for you--we don't know your friend, we don't know how you felt....so stop lying--this isn't a letter you want to write, it's a homework assignment. Now, if you had drafted a sample, maybe we could have helped edit it. But we can't make up the letter itself.
