I just heard that she is "very upset and doesnt deverve this" over her 45 day jail sentence for breaking probabation or whatever. Is it just me or does it seem unfair that they get away with everything and the average person seems to get it harder? In my opinion if they started cracking down on the celebrities more, there wouldnt be so many bad things happening!

She is a freak.
WHY does she think she doesn't deserve the 45 days in jail?? She blames her "keeper" person for not explaining things correctly to her. Give me a break. She is an illiterate little rich heir head. She has never been responsible for one single thing in her life and never will be.
It is going to be so interesting to see how her parents get her out of this one. Do you think she is going to sit in the county jail like a "normal" person would?? NO, she will stay in a nicer place than most of us live in...
Rich, famous people will NEVER be treated like every day people do. If you have money, you win. The more money, the more perks and advantages you receive. That is life and it is not ever going to change. You can buy anything you want if you have enough money........

Anytime that someone it our justice system breaks probation they go to jail. Why not Paris Hilton.
The difference is she will have it so much better and treated with only the best.
To bad they don't put her with the other people who are doing harder time for less of a crime in jail.

It's not just celebrities they should be cracking down on but how about the structure of society itself. Why are they treated like royalty like we live in the medevil ages while others are treated like rat crap? why do we allow ourselves to be controlled through this mundane existence?

She got 3 Driving Under the Influence citations while her licence was suspended for, you guessed it, drunk driving. What's it going to take? Her running down someone's toddler before she just calls a cab when she's too wasted?

she deserves it and she should of got prosecuted when she stole all that mans magazines, but I'm sure money got that quiet,thers no justice for the poor or middle class because these celebreties and rich have even gotten away with MURDER!
