That sounds like a good project for you to do. Choose appropriate test conditions, like hands freshly washed, dried on a towel, air dried for another minute, copper contacts, low and measured pressure, blindfolded, etc. Keep the voltage low enough to be harmless for skin contact. You shouldn't need to go lower than 1 volt or higher than 9 volts. Show a scatter plot of all the results. Keep all your data, but don't use clearly bad contributions from any individual (inconsistent, like they were faking it all). I'll help you write up your report. Have fun!

It's the current and not the voltage in terms of electrical shock to the human.

Our hands and feet can feel currents higher than 5 mA. Our brain, heart, and nervous system are much more sensitive and can sense electrical current as little as 0.5mA.
