I need a project that will contain two primary sources and a secondry source. The project must centre on a specific title, eg, a war is too big a topic too cover as is the lifetime of a person while a specific battle of the effects of a person around one event in history being perfect. I am intrested in ancient Greece, Persia and others civilisations around this time period. I had intended doing the battle of Thermopylae as my subject but no primary sources exist, the histories of Herodotus were written twenty odd years after the battle. Does anyone have any ideas?

I know you said the battle of Themopylae had no primary sources but maybe there's a battle in there somewhere that does. However with this time period, maybe 20 years is kind of a primary source anyway because the person that wrote it would have been alive? I don't know, I don't listen much in History.
