Ego tripping friend= how would you deal?

Ego is nothing more than desire left unchecked.

The person wants you to appreciate him/her.

Do so and may be the ego trip will come to an end or do the opposite and go on a trip of your own and see if they see themself in how you act, or just throw a hissy fit in which case you get their attention while they try and figure out what is wrong with you.
