Hi all,
I am off to bulgaria at the end of June and have never been before.
We are staying in the resort of Golden Sands and whilst over there my Little girl will be 6 years old, I was wondering if anybody in yahoo land knew of anything really special i could for her out there whilst on holiday for her birthday??? I was hoping to let her swim with dolphins but after reading another members question it looks like theres no where to do this.
Please help as i want it to be a special day for her.
Many thanks to all in advance

Venture over to the city of Varna nearby, it has some wonderful restaurants, plus its cheaper than the golden sands resort as the resort is geared towards foreign visitors.

I am sure if you approach a restaurant owner they will help you lay on a special family party with cake and balloons etc.

Before layign on the festivities at the restaurant why not take your daughter to the Dolphinarium and watch the 40 minute Dolphin show. She may not be able to swim with them but she will get to see them up close and personal...they have three shows a day and its about 6 pound each.

If you have something more specific in mind use the contact us function in the site below and they will be able to help you.

Hi,
we went to Bulgaria last year and there's loads to do - my kids tried parascending which they loved and you can go up with her, they also went on a fabulous pony trek along the beach in the evening. I would think a 6 year old would love either of these judging by my own kids and everything is so cheap out there (or was last year) that you shouldn't be short on choice. Hope you have a fantastic time and your daughter enjoys her birthday.
