I have met many old people who have been in prison. They all seem to agree the look started in prison. Sorry to pop your little gangsta bubble boys, but that look means either you are "available" or for "sale". Whenever I see some "gangsta" with his pants about to fall, I wonder if he wants me to sodomize him. Why do they have all these littly gangsta girls around them, if all they are doing is dressing like a prison hooker? This look started a LONG time ago, I'm told. I heard it was cuz they don't let you have a belt in prison.
