1. +/- sqrt(92 / 207) = +/- sqrt(4 / 9) = +/- 2/3
(top and bottom sqrt)

2. +/- sqrt(12.25) = +/- sqrt(49/4) = +/- 7/2 = +/- 3.5

Its hard to show the work on the computer, but if you know the hockey stick method, it works well with this type of problem
when you factor if you have a pair of the smae number such as 2 and 2, it just equals one 2
