We meet up at the Sturgis Motorcyle Rally every year. So we only see each other once a year. We have fun together, and it is only about the party and sex. Throughout the last 16 years I have been married, divorce, and married again more than once. So I don't see the big deal do you?

Marriage has crossed our minds, but we live in different states and neither one of us are willing to relocate. I live in Illinois she lives in Wyoming.

For 16 years, I think it's time to look for a younger woman. But I don't see anything wrong with it. What happens at Sturgis stays in Sturgis.

it is a big deal. You are a dishonest person. No affair is justified. It makes you a jerk and a user. The women you have been married to were not given enough respect to make a marriage last. If you think an affair is no big deal for 16 years you sir do not need to ever marry. When you marry you are forsaking all others. you didn't do that. Maybe you should in the mirror to get the answers to your failed marriages! Cheaters never win. I have no respect for a man or a woman who treat sex like nothing. It is suppose to be something sacred between a man and his wife only. Men like you need to be taken out and flogged in the center of town! It is wrong wrong wrong to have relations with another woman outside of your marriage vows. Until you see that yourself you will never have a successful and meaningful relationship.

If you don't see the big deal, why are you asking the question.
I see that you are searching and have not been happy in any relationships.
Do you think down deep that you might love this person? It sounds like more then just a one year meeting. Think about it.
You enjoy the time and the sex with this person, even though you don't want to admit this to yourself, you spent 16 years with her, but your marriages don't last to long.

I see nothing wrong with it.
In fact it just may strengthen your regular relationships.
How?
If the frequency of sex decreases with the wife a lot of husbands start looking elsewhere. The real danger is then emotional involvement and that is what destroys marriages.
Meaningless party sex one per year that is done safely and without risk of attachement or discovery might prevent the seeking of other extra-marital partners for the rest of the year.

Well hopefully it don't bother you, while you are gone, if your wife is sharing herself with someone else. Open relationships are alright if the both of you are aware of it.
Just tell your wife its ok for her to share herself once a year.
I'm not into it, however, if you think it is ok, then share this with your wife, give her the option of wanting to keep this relationship.

The big deal is...it's cheating. You can't make a committment and stick with it when it comes to matters of the heart. I don't see why you are married. Have you told your wife? Why?
