What do you do when you are feeling very low?

I mean I have performed very badly in an interview that could have got me a postgraduation seat in a prestigious institution....and now I regret doing so poorly.......how do I cope with this feeling?

Life is filled with ups and downs..Victories and defeats.That is a part of life.It may not have been in your cards to have this position. You just have to pick yourself and have faith in yourself that you have learned with this experience and that you will move on with it. It all part of learning. We all go through it.
Don't let it control your mood or self esteem.
Do one thing a day just for yourself for a week. Go to your favorite nature spot and relish in the beauty, take a nice bubble bath with your favorite music and maybe even a glass of wine. Get together with you bestest positive friend and talk...Just know that you are very special and there is a place out there for you that may be even better than the one you wanted.

I have periodic cases of depression. When I need to be pepped up I drink an energy drink like Rock Star! It gives me a few hours of energy.

Also, take vitamins regularly and your low energy won't be so low. I prefer One-a-Day Energy

I look at what I did and vow to never do that again. Pick myself up and move forward. Don't beat yourself up too much. Just do better next time.
