What does a dab equal?

It depends on what you're "dabbing." If it's something good... about a tsp.. or a little more... if it's something bad, a little less than a tsp... or a little less than that.
Basically, a small amount. A "pinch" is less than a dab... and a "dash" is less than a pinch.

I'd say the amount delivered by a mere touch - like the ink from a bingo marker, or a spot of glue from a bottle.
