Many people identify themselves as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, or straight. What do you define yourself as and why? Do you think you were born that way or has society made you that way? If you must know, I am a lesbian. And I am happy that way! You can't cure me because I'm very healthy and I don't have a disease! =)

No way has society made me gay - I knew i was gay way before i knew what society even was (when i was 5 ish) and I was very lucky because it would've been a lot harder to accept myself if I found out now (17 now) - since I know now that its not widely accepted. But anyways - i feel i was born this way. But truth is even if it was a choice I'd choose to be gay because I just love being into guys! Girls are icky! I'd never give up my gay gene even if all of society was against it! :P Happy days my friend!

i am a lesbian, society hasn't made me this way i was born this way. i remember back in grade school wanting to chase the girls.. i was one of the boys.. i played football and baseball and made mud pies and things like that.. it has just always been apart of me.. now.. when i realized i was a lesbian.. i was 11.. as soon as i found out i felt more complete like i had found myself.. but then again i was scared because no one accepted gay people back then (still really dont for that matter) but im out and happy being me i dont think it is a disease, its who you are

I've always known I was gay... I tried to fake being straight to fit into the norms of society. I'm glad I came to my senses and decided to be normal for me. :)

I thought I was asexual. But eventually I had feeling - and sex - with a guy and not with a girl, and people said that made me straight. So I guess I'm straight.

I knew I was straight after my first experience with sex with another man. There is a bunch of other descriptions that could apply to my gender but they are irelevent in relation to my sexuality.
