How to get the lovely and warm sunshine back to London?

London's weather is turning cold, windy and depressingly gloomy again, I feel so sad in the office now and miss the warm sunshine in April. Anybody know how to pray for the lovely and warm sunshine to return, for example a ritual?

If you wanna pray, just pray. But London is known for its rain and fog, so its best to get used to it.
