Awwww--you mean you don't believe in the neocon's boogeymen?
You're not alone--more and more Amricans are waking up to the con job Bush haas been running on us.
Terrorists can be a theat to public safety, of course--but so can drug dealers or any other criminal. That's no reason to live in fear--or to surrender our civill rights and liberties (and making us willing to do that is the real goal of the fear campaign).
Three cheers for you! :)

You then, sir, are a very lucky man,
every year thousands of victims see the terrorists first hand. Then they die, or are maimed, by what terrorists do.
Terrorism is not a figment of some polititian's imagination. I have seen a guy in Birmingham, England leave a bomb in a crowded pub, killing six people and injuring many, many more. (me included)
Terrorism is very real and its effects are felt every day by people who are either attempting to fight its onset, or by totally innocent people who may hold a different viewpoint to that held by others, but are bombed, mined, shot or in some other way attacked, often by cowards who leave explosive devices to indiscriminately injure and kill in public places.
'Reds under the beds' was, perhaps, a gimicky reaction to the fears of government against communism, but the communists didn't enter the US to plant bombs and cause other atrocities. If you are from the US, as I suspect you are, do you not remember 'seeing' the events of September 11th? Not too many years ago and all very, very real.
Hope you can live with yourself after your pathetic attempts to dismiss terrorism as some kind of anti-government publicity campaign.

Oh Yes ... since I'm a Democrat ... or Democrap for the hordes of the paid juvenile posters out there ...
I invite my favorite terrorist buddies over for cookies and milk every Wednesday afternoon and we watch American Idol and burn a U.S. flag. As all conservative highschoolers on YA knows, I want them to win because I hate America and our freedoms.
Further more, I'm all for levying a narrow-minded bubbah tax on NASCAR and Wrestlemania attendees ... and I don't believe anyone should be able to attend a Toby Keith concert unless they can spell two words: "ignorant" and "bubba" ... And I think chewing tabacco should be a controlled substance and only allowed at Star Buck's.

I saw them fly 2 planes into the Twin Towers in NYC and 1 into the Pentagon on worldwide TV. I heard them crash one into the ground in Pennsylvania and the brave people trying to take over the plane before it crashed.
Israel deals with real terrorists everyday and the terrorists have no problem telling Israel that they want them wiped off of the map.

Yep. :-D
It's actually some real tactic in politics, it works in racism etc. as well, the people become leaders (initially, eventually for support) by condemning other groups of people, usually the minorities, so the mob would focus on them and since they'll like it, because it makes them feel superior, their hatred increases and along it their faith in their leader because he gave them something to do and they have fun doing it too... while the leader gains and controls a lot of power until ultimately he'll use it against the same people who gave it to him, the ones who were deceived so easily...

So... you've never seen any face-to-face. I would be counting my blessings in that case, as the next moment you'd likely end up inside a fireball. That aside, you've committed the logical error of assuming they don't exist because you've never seen one of them up close.

fear, fear, fear, fear, and more fear. Most or all propagated by our own government and elected leaders.
your chance of dying of any other cause, vs your chances of dying by terrorism are 7881 to 1.
