no its the same with health and safety regulations the law applies to business with 5 or more workers but if tendering for contracts and they ask you for your polices on these subjects you are mindful that you treat each person equally and ensure that safety is utmost in doing any job

No company actually needs one as far as I know. They just need to be able to prove that they do not descriminate against anyone.
