Well, if I were personally attacked by a terrorist, I would run for my life and find someplace safe to treat any wounds and contact the proper authorities so that they could handle it.
I guess Bush would call that "cutting and running."

Neither, I'd just abolish all of our ties with Israel, reform our stock market, and become an isolationist country. Problem solved, no one hates us, we're not under attack.
And as a note for the Jewish viewers, protect yourselves, we have our own problems to deal with.

Since being attacked by a terrorist usually means death, there would be no reaction. I would prefer attacking them to not let them have the chance to attack me in the first place.
