But it is those who bullied Iraq (sanctions etc., I know it hadn't been occupied before 2003) and demonized Serbs, who encouraged Islamic fanatics to have a grater "appetite" to kill more Christians-on the one hand-and feel offended and humiliated over what happens to Iraq-on the other.

Osama is responsible. Bush can be held responsible only indirectly; as a result of middle east policies. But these policies go back to post WWII.

Bush helped plan, carry-out, and cover-up 9-11. He used Bin Laden as the scape goat. Consider the relations between Bush, the Carlylse Group and the Bin Ladens. Consider how Jeb Bush flew the Bin Laden's out of the USA the day after 9-11. Consider Bin Laden worked for the CIA in the 80s. Consider George W. Bush's father was head of the CIA for about 3 decades. Both Bin Laden and Bush have a lot of blood on their hands. They will rot in Hell.

I have to say with the information we have been given, Osama planned the 911 attacks, but I think he had help to carry it out. If the CIA knew he was dangerous and a threat then they had to be watching him and so with that said, I think Bush and his admin are equally responsible for everything that happened that day and since then as well.
