many things can cause you to skip a period. Some women don't show a positive on a pregnancy test. Go to a dr, if you are pregnant he can help you get the care you need, and if you are not he can find out what stopped you periods.

I don't believe the home pregnancy test are completely accurate. I also believe part of the instructions on the box tell you to see a Doctor. So, if you have; a. had unprotected sex b. are not on the pill. and, c. have not had a period in 2 months the best and smartest thing you can do for yourself and those involved is see a doctor, and be tested. I understand there are other reasons that a woman would miss her period, you should discuss with your doctor what those implication could mean for you.

I had a friend that went 3 months without her period and took so many tests and every one of them said negative.
Finally, after three months of missed periods, she bought the digital pregnancy test that said Pregnant or Not Pregnant and it showed up positive. She went to the doctor and she was three months pregnant!!!!
I wouldn't trust the home pregnancy tests so if I were you, I would go to the doctor.
Good luck!!!!

Lots of things can make you miss a period... Hormones, being underweight or undernourished, stress or anxiety... I agree with everyone else, though. You should go see a doctor to get a difinitive answer, they have more accurate pregnancy tests that can positively rule that out in order to find the true cause

If you are young, athletic, or naturally thin, I wouldn't worry about it too much (though if you're not naturally thin then you need to eat more). I didn't get my period regularly until I finished college track (I was about 23). Until then it was always sporadic (sometimes as late as 3 months).

If you're older and healthy and eat right, then go see a doctor.

The more anxious you are about your period not coming the longer it will delay itself. Try and relax about it and try not to think too much about it. If it doesnt come soon then maybe you should go and see your GP. But sitting around waiting for your period will get further delayed.

sometimes if believe you are actually preg. then your body could react as if it were, but really not, I believe that is caused by exitement or even depression. The body can act in some weird ways and the only way to find out the truth is to see your doctor.

You really should make an appointment with your Gynecologist for an exam, to ascertain why you have missed 2 periods.
