It is more common than one would think. A lot of women fall into that category. It is really easy to get so tired & turn to food for energy/comfort. I know I was doing well right after giving birth but then just kinda gave up with all of the demands on my energy/time. I hear ya though, I am kicking myself to get back into gear. Good luck!

I have one better for you.... I never lost a pound, even though the baby weighed 7 lbs 6oz. I gained 22 lbs and walked in in my ninth month and weight 168 delivered her and walked out (at that time) four days later, weighing 168, my doctor said it was because I was nursing. But I never lost it. Not a pound. I later had a preemie who weighed 4lbs 14 oz, I had only gained four pounds with her, but I never lost those four pounds either. I still have those and some of their friends, and my oldest is 40.
You have to make sure that as tired as you are you aren't eating and snacking and sitting too much, taking the baby out for strolls is the best thing you can do now that the weather is getting warmer All that sitting and rocking doesn't burn a thing.

it is a alluring question! i began heavy with my first at 185 lbs and received 40 lbs. My toddler became 8 lbs. 10 ounces. I lost each and each and every of the 40 lbs. plus an more effective 20 lbs. after about 2 months owing to breastfeeding(and giving up chocolate because it made my son gassy)! With my 2d i began at 168 and received about 37 lbs. and had a 8 lbs. 13 ounces. lady. i don't believe of that gaining more effective weight means that your toddler will be larger, than individual who would not earnings as a lot. yet I do imagine that it ought to do together with your nutrition regimen. some human beings can eat numerous junk nutrition and earnings a lot less weight, than someone who eats more effective healthful. yet i ought to guess that the fellow who ate a more effective healthful meal ought to have a smaller toddler. you should truly might want to think about even as human beings have their little ones. someone who has somewhat one at 38 weeks, might want to technically have a smaller toddler than someone who has somewhat one at 40 weeks. Plus i ask your self if genetics ought to have some thing to do with it? maximum of my moms 11 little ones and my MIL 4 little ones were over 8 lbs. merely concept i ought to attempt to provide you more effective issues to think about for beginning weight!

I lost 30lbs during pregnancy, and after birth I was down to my highschool weight. 4 months later it was all back, since I just sat around nursing and rocking my son. Find a mommy and me exercise class!

Depends on your eating habits. Are you taking in more calories than you need? Are you breastfeeding?
If you aren't breastfeeding, and are eating more than you need, then yes, you will gain weight.
