I listen to a lot more British bands than American ones but it really all depends on the band itself; I don't like them because they're British or American, I like them because they can actually sing. Talent knows no borders...^_^

i am British and definitely American bands. out here in British everyone is trying to be American. so crazy

It's a toss up. I like some of each. There are also some from each country that make my ears cringe. So I really can't judge muzic by the country. jason

It doesn't matter where the band is from, just how their music sounds. If it's good music, nothing else matters.

If i wanna party i go for American; but i i want to sit and listen in my B&W speakers, i definetely go for Brtish (Pink Floyd, etc.)

Well,s my taste in music is R&R,( pre-beatles) then there is no comparison,has to be US groups and singers
