I want to buy a Nvidia Geforce 8500 GT Video card .
But my Board has PCI slots , not PCI Express slot

Will PCI slot run Devices for Pci Express ?

The PCI slot is different and it is a very SLOW slot for graphics.
There is no adapter. If there was one, it will just SLOW down graphics to miserable level.
The ONLY option is to replace the motherboard w/ one that has x16 PCIe slot for graphics. Take note that there are x1 PCIe and x4 PCIe slots too. They are not as fast as the x16(lanes) PCIe.

Definitely won't work. Unless you have a PCI-Express x16 slot, the card will not work.

No... I believe your motherboard HAS to have a dedicated PCIE slot on it in order to run the card you're looking at.
