Yes! This has been proven and Dr. Oz who appears on Oprah and has also wrote several health books talks about this. If a man is over weight than he has fat around the base of his penis on his pelvic bone. (Feel around your penis in your bush, do you feel fat?) This fat covers about an inch of the penis and when you loose about 30 pounds this fat disappears and you are left with an extra inch of penis. It is the same amount of penis you always had, except not it is exposed and not hidden by fat. Since it is not hidden you get one more inch of penetration.

It concerns fat men losing weight and there is a bit of reality about. In fact around the penis (pubis) usually there is a fat area (sometimes as a bulge) limiting the penetration. (In a fat guy the great pot-belly mainly is an obstacle, but this chat only was a fussy clarification.) Getting slim, that area will vanish and penis will gain some millimeters. Ok?

Not true at all. If a man is very over weight, losing wt may seem to increase his size. But the increase is only because the ligaments attched to his penis are able to extend his penis more outwardly in position. This happens beacuse they are pulled in by his obese abdomen. So that is one reason why over wt men should consider losing wt.

Actually there is some truth to that. The reduction of the collection of fat at the base makes the shaft longer since it now sticks out further. Depends on how your fat is distributed. An inch may be a little over optimistic, but you should try.

Technically, no.
However, losing 30 lbs MIGHT decrease the amount of fatty tissue covering the pubic bone. In that case, you may appear longer, but you're really not.

Well, at least he'll be able to 'see' 3 more inches of it. The increased circulation should help also.

Not literally gain an inch. They mean that as in it will appear bigger from the weight he lost.

His belly will recede, which gives the illusion that more weiner is sticking out. He might be able to achieve more penetration in some positions due to the barrier of his belly being reduced.

I heard that somewhere on some medical thing. I think it is true though, because the more weight you lose the more skin you have to lend your "member" so it can grow! =)
