Symthoms of bladder infection includes a sharp sting each time you want to pee and nothing much comes out. Antibiotics will be able to clear it up. But, I would suggest you see your gynecologist to make sure its really just bladder infection and nothing more serious than this.

Sometimes it can be hard to determine when you are pregnant because one of the signs is the feeling that you have to go all the time. If you feel that way, and don't go, then you probably have one. Also, there is generally a burning feeling when you do go. At the very least, a discomfort even after you relieved yourself - like you still have to go. Urinary track infections (UTI's) are very common in pregnancy, so don't worry. Your doctor can do a simple urine test to check for it. If you have one, you'll need to take antibiotics to clear it up, which are safe to take during pregnancy. Good luck.

I've had 4 bladder infections in the last 6 years. They are UNBEARABLE (at least to me) if left untreated. I am 30 weeks pregnant myself and doc was worried about me getting another one since my medical history proves I'm prone to them, so I've had to be careful.
Yes, you have to go all the time, and it only trickles out. 5 minutes later, you feel the urge to go again. It burns. Like Tom Hanks said in "The Green Mile" movie, it feels like you're "p--sing razor blades."
You'll have to get with your doctor to get something to treat it; anything over-the-counter is only to ease the symptoms and are not approved for pregnant women anyhow. In the meantime, drink some cranberry juice (I prefer the white cranberry variety; less tart.) There's also cranberry supplements you can buy over-the-counter, but check with doc before you take them.

i had the symptoms you're having with the peeing and all, and i had a bladded infection followed by a yeist infection. The sharp pains down there, my doctor told me, were pelvic strechtes.. It literally felt like the baby's head was rubbing agains the pelvic floor.. it only got worse :( So visit your doc for antibiotics, and good luck!

definitely sounds like you have a bladder infection. Until the doc calls back, get a large glass of cranberry juice...not the fake stuff! It works wonders!

ooh girl, you would know... it is horrible... i would go to the doctor to make sure, because during pregnancy, things aren't always as they seem or as they feel while you aren't pregnant...
