In general, where can I find free cash flow data for public stocks?

Free cash flow is not a data item that is consistently presented by companies. Since you say 2007, you are also asking for a forecast and not an actual result.

Consensus cash flow estimate for 2007 is $1.03 per share. This is $5.3B dollars. Consensus capex estimate is $0.45B. So forecasted free cash flow is around $4.85B.

This is consistent with the trailing 12 month FCF total of $4.7B.

Read the statement of cash flows from previous years - they can be found in SEC filings. For future cash flows, you need to make those predictions - that is the difficult part about investing. One thing that could help you is to listen to the conference calls, as analysts will normally ask management about CAPEX spending - this is what you need to subtract from your operating cash flow estimate.
