I work with a psychotic girl, she is making me want to quit my job. My boss wanted me to work on a project that she wanted to do. So she talked to the boss and he denied her and granted me the project (reason unknown). Afterwards she was really upset and said she would just get over it. Thought it was over but the next day while the boss was out, she went off on me and said that I took it from her and wanted me to tell him that I didn't want to do it. Crazy right, well the weekend has passed and she is still a problem. Oh, she also had a hissy fit with the boss and I had to move to the back office (we shared an office) not fair she should be the one to move. The boss said it would just be easier for me to, because she may cause more problems. This is going to cause me to have a nervous break down!

Some people are just crazy. I would probably tell the boss that it feels like a hostile work environment and if something isn't done soon start looking for another job. Don't hide it either. That way the boss will know that they are losing a decent employee and being left with the bad one.

wow, that's a tricky one. since she is so loud and uncontrollable, the bosses are asking you to be the bigger person by moving you away... but of course, that's not fair.

you really should sit down with your boss for a serious one on one. try not to bad mouth this girl, instead, make it very positive by saying that you would like to work with her and make her understand that it's not personal in the work place... and ask them how you should handle her next time she goes off on you.

this way, you're saying that she went off on you, without being a tattle tell about it because you're asking for constructive advice for next time,... in otherwords, you know there will be a next time.
