Ok, so I've gone for a long time wondering if my best friend is gay/bi/straight. I'm a gay teen. We are both in high school and we've met way back in elementry school in the 5th grade. We hung out a lot.
Then middle school came and I was coming to my sexuality. He, on the other hand, I couldn't tell you. He did some weird things like that I guess a stright guy wouldn't do like, grind against me, lay on top of me, wrestle around and then he would sit on me crotch area and kinda grind again, then he would ask me to give him massages and he would take his shirt off...
Now that we are in high school, I'm still left with that question! I love my best friend to death! He's cute, funny, annoying, loving, caring, but there's something about him I want to figure out...PLEASE HELP!

That is a delicate but not a difficult situation. You say you are a gay teen. From the way you describe his actions you enjoy them and hope that he does as well. But you are going to have to ask him in order for your relationship to continue. But just don't ask him at the wrong time. Wait until you have the right setting. I mean at a time when you are talking seriously about your lives in general is when you should bring it up. Not during some activities such as you describe because he may take offense to the question or on the other hand, if he is gay he may fear answering you honestly because he doesn't want to end your relationship. Just ask him. If you're afriad he might get offended or angry with you, make a joke out of the situation - or keep it light hearted at least. Make sure he knows you're not trying to offend, and that you do care. Since you two've been best friends for a long time, the most he could be is upset for a little while, eh? But personally, I think he might be either bi or gay (you didn't mention if he dates girls or not). Or at least curious.

That is a very touchy area to talk to anybody about. I would give it sometime. And if he does not tell you then joke about it if he does notu go out with girls or has a girlfriend. Be like hey man I haven't seen you with any ladies you agy or something. Honestly that's what I would do and then aagain I have asked people straight up.

Well he knows that your are gay and your afraid to ask him. So give him time, if you had enough confidence to come out to him maybe he will get the confidence to reciprocate. You could also try writing him a letter and asking. Sometimes it is easy to but thing on paper!

Honestly, it does sound that way. But alot of guys experiment around the middle school age. Some grow into homosexuality from it, some don't.

I don't have the best gaydar but he seems gay or bi to me. Has he ever expressed interests in girls or dated girls? If not, or if he did I feel like he's trying to tell you he wants you. Make a gentle move on him.

If he is you best friend~just ask him~me and my best friend know everything about each other including the things we would like to keep to ourself. Best friends should be able to ask each other and talk about anything to each other~good luck
