Dwight because he is more domate then him but Dwight does not have a very good franchise butt Admare is a good low post I say he could be better but he has so much good players on his team so you dont here his name all the time like Howard

Amare Stoudimare has a slight edge with experience, but Dwight Howard is a beast and he is more explosive. Amare is not as atheletic as he use to because of his recovery from surgery so he has had to open and redefine certain areas of his game, thus I have to give the edge to Amare.

It's very close but I'd have to give it to Dwight Howard he's younger and more athletic than Stoudemire and don't forget Amare's knee surgery!!! plus Howard grabs more rebounds than Amare and he jumps higher than Stoudemire can. Sure maybe Stoudemire can explode at the basket and score more than Dwight can but still he's much younger

1- Amare is a better offensive talent who can score anytime he wants., He is like Eddy curry but more athletic and better defensively.
2- Dwight is an athletic freak who is defensively tough , grabs more boards than Amare and more blocks. His offense needs to be polished, and he is gonna get better.
