Love is not only a biochemical event. It is a continuum of biochemical events that happen based on the memory of experiences. Without the experiences there is no reference of love.

Actually, everything in life is the result of a biochem ... thingy. If you had paid attention in Biology class, you'd know that.

Sure, there has to be an explanation for the craziness we feel when we are in love. It's all about the hormones, but that isn't a good enough explanation, so we call it love.
