I doubt the government has managed to come to any solid conclusions on the subject, however:
Something along those lines was pretty widely reported in the media at the time. I have found at least one old article on the subject.

"The DNA sequence of the anthrax sent through the US mail in 2001 has been revealed and confirms suspicions that the bacteria originally came from a US military laboratory.
The data released uses codenames for the reference strains against which the attack strain was compared. But New Scientist can reveal that the two reference strains that appear identical to the attack strain most likely originated at the US Army Medical Research Institute for Infectious Diseases at Fort Detrick (USAMRIID), Maryland."
The suspicion was that some rather highly skilled person(s) with an axe to grind of some sort and perhaps the odd screw loose had gone and done a bad thing.
There was even a name involved. Do you remember?

because we are heading in the direction of a clean international Order which takes time to create. the authorities killing one individual for the more effective good isn't some thing to them. Killing 3,000 on 9/11, they could justify, if the more effective good (a wealthy managed international below their administration) is carried out. the in hassle-free words reason you've one of those tremendous form of doubters between the solutions on your questions is they have positioned their faith in guy (of their authorities) and the very concept that their authorities ought to have created the 9/11 events is anathema. you've positioned the is question in the right class. 'faith and Spirituality'. they are supernaturally blinded to the reality.

The anthrax attacks AFTER 9/11 (So much for Cons saying "no terrorist attacks since 9/11") are unsolved and have frankly fallen down the 'memory hole'.
It is believed that the attack was caused domestic terrorists, probably from far right wackos or something, not from Al Qaeda OR the US government.

Um, they did no such thing. It was military grade but was NEVER traced to a military institution or lab. Weapons grade anthrax could have been produced at virtually thousands of labs all across the US and thousands more worldwide. But, don't let the facts get in the way of your opinion.

Isn't it all a conspiracy? Anthrax, 9-11 flights, no WMDs, "Fire can't melt steel!"? Dang, us repugs from the VWRC are a lot smarter than you give us credit for to be able to pull off all these attacks against the American people and get away with it. We are smart enough that you can't show one bit of hard evidence that we did any of this... MAN, WE ARE GOOD!!

Most likely cloning cells after robbing an initial vial.
I am thinking the anthrax crap is like the same crap that happened after Va Tech... People calling in threats and all that... Except the Anthrax actually was a serious threat.

You are wrong on all counts here. No conspiracy necessary -- just a nefarious criminal or group of them who finally decided to do what many of us in the WMD business have feared would happen for many years.
The early, sensationalized news reports were that the anthrax was "weaponized", "high-grade" anthrax -- but subsequent analysis shows that it was common anthrax strain that you can get from the American Type Culture Collection (ATCC), and not the most virulent strain of it, either. In fact, I could get the same bug from the local farmer's fields.
So, crawl back under your tin-foil hat and STFU.

I don't know that it is a conspiracy, but the fact that we are no closer to finding out who is responsible, the more it tends to make people ask uncomfortable questions.

Well, I'm sure if you read all this on the Internet then it MUST be true.
I once read the President Bush was getting Impeached, but I guess it just has not happened yet.
