Yahoo! Answers, believe it or not, is NOT a chatting site. It is a site to post a question and get answers quickly. MySpace is a social networking site and really has no reason to be accessed at school, so they block it. Plus, MySpace is a huge security risk on a network.

well, yahoo answers is informative and it's not really chatting. You ask questions and you get answers. While myspace and other chat type websites are not, students usually go to them to meet new people or talk to friends or do anything.

Your network administrators choose what to block, and frankly, Yahoo! Answers is not even on the map for about 99% of any kind of predator.
