I have things to do,so a nap is out of the question, but I feel so yucky! Coffee is just making me sick to my stomach!

Get an alarm clock and set it to ring in 5 to 10 minutes if you are really tired out. Taking a nap this short does help sometimes. The alternative is to play music you know that will keep you awake.

If the weather is nice where you are get out and take a walk. Even a short one will get you some sunshine and fresh air! Try a healthy breakfast too!
