If you need help, you can email me the information you need to put on the site and I can send you quota (which is really cheap). Maintaining it is quite easy if you're using html. Most services do cost a lot if you're quite new though.
Anyway, the site could cost $300-$500 per year depending on the service provider. But if you already have a site, the hosting can only cost $100
