I would rather do 4 ten hour days. That way you have 3 days off instead of 2. Working 5 days in a row pretty much sucks. By the time the weekend comes you're body is drained from working so much. I don't think 2 days are enough to get a break from a job.

I've worked both the 4/10 and the 9/80. The 4/10 is the best, but those ten hours days can be brutal. I opt for the 9/80. Sorry, I know that's not one of your options, lol.

The 8 hours, its easier to work longer than to work, go home then go back to work again, when i was working i was doing 2 jobs at same time, one as a nurse and because of staff shortages i was working 32 hours on the books and between 12 to 18 hours off the books and between the hours worked there i was also working 16 hours a week at a shop.
I found if i stopped it was harder to get back in to the work flow so i just kept going.

I would do 4 ten hour days providing my days off were all together or i at least got 2days off together. If they were spread out a day here and there then i would work 5 days and have the weekend off.

4 ten hour days. i usually work construction 6 12 to 14 hour days. its nice that way cause i'm always making money and if i really want to they let me drink on the job if its not a real dangerous one. the secret is to just act like you speak no english when the house owner comes around so you can just walk away with out them smelling the booze on your breath.

I would much rather go on and do the 10 hours a day, get it over with and have fun with my 3 day weekend!
