I am an ex-Human Resources Manager and I stopped working to be home with my son. I am interested in developing a small business. Here's where I'd like your advice...
I would like to cater my business to help the EMPLOYEES of workplaces, not the employer.
The cost of the advertisement I want to pursue is an insert and I have a full page to work with. It's very expensive, so I'm ready to sponge up ideas.
I don't want my little pursuit to become known by the community as some "evil" company that helps out the troublemaker employees, because that is not my intent. I really want to help advise employees of their rights, particularly when they are being violated...as I have seen as an HR Manager.
See my dilemna? Any thoughts on how to delicately approach this new marketing initiative without offending or putting question marks in the minds of local employers?
