but it wont reconise the speakers anymore how could i fix it they used to work before

You need to install the 4 in 1 drivers for your motherboard. You will find them on the cd that came with the motherboard. If you don't have the motherboard driver disk you can download these drivers from the motherboard's manufacturers web site. The manufacturers name is usually written on the board. Or you can copy the information that is written on the chip set. Type this info into Google. It should take you to a site from which you can download the drivers that you need.
