Amidst the beautiful valley in Himachal Pradesh. Mine was an arranged marriage, and our parents decided for an outdoor meeting instead of a conventional visit at their home so that we can be at our comfort levels. things went fine, we agreed for each other, and now I find myself to be the luckiest hubby.
Thanks for allowing us to share our happy moments.
All the best...
:-)

I can't say I really met mine at school. I would stare at him (Ryan) in the hallways when he walked by my locker. . . . I was too shy to say anything to him. I started working at a small diner when I was 14. Him and his grandfather, (they ran a towing service) would come in almost everyday and eat. There was a small kitchen window that we would plaIce the orders through and I would always peek at him while he was eating (I still remember what he ordered. . . . . grilled cheese, no tomato, with chips, and a medium pepsi). Being too shy to ever talk to him I ended up marrying another guy four years later. . . I never could get him out of my head. My first marriage ended after a year and a half. I ran into Ryan at walmart. Determined not to let him slip through my fingers again. I asked him out. HE SAID YES!!! We just had our 3 year anniversary!!!!! My theory on life. . . . . don't let love pass you by. If you really want something. . . . go for it!!!!

We actually meet for the first time in elementary school, then again in the seventh grade, then again in high school. His mom moved around alot. In high school we hung out with the same group and eventually started dating. This august we'll be married five years.

We laugh about it now. I met him when he was dating my sister. He brought a friend along and we double-dated for some months and then the friend proposed and we married, only to annul the marriage (long story) later. By that time, he had left my sister, dated other people, and then came back into my life. We were married for 16 years and had two wonderful children.

Funny you should ask this question. I met my husband at church. And no ladies I was not looking for a man. He found me. I was not even attracted to him at first. I thought that he was nice looking, but not my type. We only dated for 6wks and have been married for 12yrs this year. So women don't go looking for a man you just need to be in the right place at the right time and always put god first.

He worked in the shop next door to where I worked and popped in for stuff - I fancied him for ages and I got a friend to go and ask him out for me (how very immature of me), he was going out with someone but dumped her and asked me out - we have now been together for 11 years and have 2 wonderful children. He is the man of my dreams and we are still very much in love.
