Before you go to the doctor, sit down and try to remember when the problems started, how it started, and how it progressed. Write it down, people get nervous, doctors are impatient, and you tend to forget things (sometimes important). Be completely honest with your doctor. He's not laughing at you behind your back, believe me, he's seen things a million times more embarassing than someone who might or might not be pregnant. However, whether or not you are honest with him, and tell him everything that's going on, can make a big difference in how quickly and accurately you are diagnosed.

You should tell your doctor all of the symptoms that you are having. Certain symptoms can help him rule out the possibilities of particular illnesses. I would tell him that you do not believe you are pregnant since you have never had sex. The fact that you haven't should completely rule out pregnancy. Hope you get feeling better! Good luck! :)

Well you've either had sex or you haven't. Its one or the other. If he stuck it in, then guess what - theres always a chance, even a remote one.
If you havent, then no, there is no reason to mention it. But my guess is the doctor will run tests for what he thinks the symptoms match - and if he thinks they match a possible pregnancy, then he will ask those questions.

If you haven't had sex, unless immaculate conception has returned, ( I'm kidding), you can't get pregnant. Just tell the doctor the problem. They'll take it from there. Never try to diagnose yourself.

Answer any questions the doctor asks you truthfully.
Or say "I couldn't be pregnant because I've never had sex, so what could it be doc?"

Your doc can only help you properly if you're totally honest with him/her. Remember, there is patient/doctor confidentiality so no worries.
The more info he/she gets from you the better he/she can treat you.
