It sounds like he didn't hear the question correctly and answered What do you think of me? instead of Do you think of (about) me?

What do you think of me?
You're very cool and fun to be with. You seem down to earth and very understanding. Oh and did I mention very pretty?

Do you think of me?
Whether or not he spends all day thinking about you is probably not something he wants to share right now, if he even heard that question at all. Don't push the head games, if he wants to share, he'll do it.

So if you like him, it sounds like he likes you too.

Well... this is not the answer of ur question :(
The friend could say smth. like this but not the one who has got feelings for u, sweetie.
May be u have to give him a bit more time to figure it out.

P.S. Guys don't like this kind of “pressure” questions given to them. Get the answers u want without asking it straight. Use the feminine wisdom, dear :)

Wish u good luck!

That he doesn't really know how to answer a question... maybe he doesn't want to lead you on but, then when he says very pretty he doesn't want to lose you as well.... I think he's confused at this point b/c he either wants to get to kow you more before he can answer better... Don't take it too bad... Keep talking to him don't let that Stop you.. keep talking to him... It might end up better than you think..
-Good Luck!

Whats the dilema? Seems pretty cut and dried to me. There isn't anything that can be misconstrued and it's all very compilementry.
Why? Are you looking for something abit more lovey-dovey or what?

Sounds like someone's "beating around the bush" rather than answering your question directly.

I would have to say... NEXT. This guy is not interested in the way you want him to be so move on.

If he was his answer would have simply been YES. Always.
