were having a debate in my class some say no some say yes but the question is can a man who cant move get an erection?

Actually it MAY be possible in some circumstances. It would depend on where the lesion is on the spinal cord and which nerve tracts are still intact.

Yes. Why? You still have blood flow throughout the body. The only thing that causes an erection is a signal from the brain to increase blood flow to the penis.

yes blood is still running through ur body and blood rushing into ur penis is what causes an erection.
